There are a few ways you can get help when working with us. If you're on our monthly plans, you can use the "WP Support" menu in your WordPress dashboard to submit a ticket. You can also just email helpdesk@imarkinteractive.com to have a ticket created for you. Not to be outdone, you can also signup here for access to our customer dashboard to help you manage your tickets and correspondence with us.
